OOTD: One night in Paris ;)

Though I may have had bad fatshion luck the past few days, the shoe department was another story. Oh, shoes. I don’t know why I didn’t get into shoes earlier in my life, I feel like I cheated myself for a lot years. And I still never think to look for shoes when I go shopping, because I am such a clothing freak. However, when I get discouraged about not finding clothing I head to shoes. I think they need to be more of a priority in my life! Anyway, I went to the clearance section of shoes in TJ Maxx, and there these were. These beautiful pink soled 5 1/2″ webbed heel leather beauties. And I gasped. But alas, they were a size 6. But then I walked down further…one more pair….9 1/2, YES! So I bought them. Even though they are by Paris Hilton. I love them despite that flaw. So Carl and I took a few pictures at entrance to a park, and unfortunately they are all black & white because my camera was on document mode and Carl couldn’t tell from the sunlight, so NO COLOR!

I had no idea Paris Hilton made shoes (I thought the madness ended with her making perfumes and an ass out of herself) — they are pretty awesome though. I love the pink soles.

Umm… you forget about shoes because I’m not around anymore to drag you to the shoe department of every store at the mall… oh our mall trips! hahaha I’m not usually a fan of the boot-like sandal/open toes. I actually talked about that in my own blog yesterday. But, anyway, you totally rock them like every other thing you wear!

I fell in love with shoes early on because I couldn’t find clothes to fit me. Now I’m sad that I’m relegated to the flats because of my back injury. But I’m still looking for cute ones.

I’m trying to re-teach myself how to love and walk comfortably in heels. I used to live in them but after I sprained my ankle pretty badly in high school, I gave up on them.

Unfortunately, I think my progress (plus the super cute pair of red heels I just scored) are going to waste because I just broke BOTH of my ankles yesterday.

I’m afraid I’m just stuck in flats. But those are soooo cute I might try again… in a couple months.
